This notice applies to the MicrowiseAI websites: microwiseai.com (including /blog), docs.ist.microwiseai.com, docs.glpkg.microwiseai.com and docs.beta.gitdot.microwiseai.com.

Analytics we use​

We use two analytics services to understand how our sites are used and to improve them:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) — page views, navigation between pages, referrer, approximate location (country/city derived from IP; Google does not store full IP addresses), device, browser and operating system, and simple interaction events such as button clicks.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — the same kind of usage data plus heatmaps and session replays (mouse movement, clicks and scrolling) so we can see where pages are confusing. Text typed into form fields is masked by default and not recorded.

Both services set cookies (or similar local storage) to recognise a returning browser, e.g. _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics) and _clck, _clsk (Clarity). We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not try to identify you personally.

Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland​

For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are off by default: Google Analytics runs in consent mode with storage denied (cookieless, aggregated measurement only) and Clarity runs without cookies.

Pages without session recording​

Microsoft Clarity is not loaded on job application pages (e.g. /careers).

Retention​

Google Analytics event data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Microsoft Clarity keeps recordings for up to 30 days and aggregated heatmaps for up to 13 months.
